2. Hosting
We host the content of our website on our own servers with the following provider:

In so-called log files, our hoster automatically collects the following data, which your browser transmits: IP address, the address of the previously visited website (referrer), date and time of the request, timezone difference from Greenwich Mean Time, requested content, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, the website from which the request originates, and information about browser and operating system.
This data is required to display our website and to ensure its stability and security. This is done on the basis of our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. No tracking for advertising or analytics purposes takes place. The data is not combined with other personal data.
Server location: Germany.
Since Hetzner operates its servers within the EU, transferring data to a third country is not necessary. No personal data is processed without a legal basis or your consent. The data is deleted as soon as the purpose of processing no longer applies.

3. Sending Emails via Brevo
For sending emails (e.g. registration confirmation, reminders for upcoming gigs) we use the service Brevo, provided by Sendinblue SAS, 17 rue de Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France. In doing so, your email address and the content of the messages sent are transmitted to and processed by Brevo. Brevo acts as a processor on our behalf pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
